So – if you see a slot you want – book it right away. Because – as you can imagine- with 80% of our bookings coming from the 20,000 weekly cruise visitors to the island, our very limited maximum capacity of just 22 seats daily a day tend to be taken up very quickly.

As you are coming by cruise ship, even though our meeting point is right by where you arrive, please set the time for us to meet you at least 30 minutes AFTER your scheduled docking time to allow for the delays in disembarkation (remember there will be plenty of other folks all trying to disembark at the same time!).

You can meet us at 10:30 am or 2:00 pm but please book your meeting time with us at least ONE HOUR AFTER your ferry is scheduled to depart from Playa del Carmen to allow for the crossing time, disembarkation and getting to our meeting point.

Yes, our tour includes all entrance fees and admissions.

No. We have a strict no alcohol policy for ALL our drivers (including my own family). However, we provide cold soft drinks and bottled water, so you won’t go thirsty!
